How do i contact them? We have now integrated WHMCS on our system for much faster ticket support. Feel free to submit a ticket for any reason we will always try to help no matter the problem even if not hosting related.

is the support staff active? Generally tickets are answered within hours of being place on our WHMCS ticketing system, more urgent matters are answered first.

what can i get help with? We will answer any questions related to your hosting account, any features included with the account or just any general questions you may have. Never be scared to ask the worst that can happen is you may not get your answer.
